About Me

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, I went on to work in a sleep clinic. After a number of years flew by, the night shift became unsustainable, and I decided to get my Master’s Degree in Librarianship. I loved working with the public, yet still felt I wasn’t using my skills to the best of my ability. Then the pandemic hit.

Working with animals has always been a calling for me. I fostered cats for over 10 years after losing two of my own kitties to old age (I’m grateful they lived to be 20 years old). Through the fostering experience, I developed the skills to administer medication (topically, orally, and eye drops), give subcutaneous fluids, and do insulin injections.

I started sitting on an app-based service, and honed my experience before starting my own business. I’ve been in a variety of situations with hundreds of pets. My mission with each pet is to establish trust, gain understanding, and nuture a strong rewarding relationship over time.
